These Terms apply to the IDNL website and any online services we provide. App Store purchase terms, including the Apple Standard EULA, govern the app purchase relationship and subscription billing.

Acceptance

By accessing or using the IDNL website or related online services, you agree to these Terms and to use them only in a manner that is personal, lawful, and consistent with applicable law.

Permitted Use

  • Use the website and online services for your own lawful, non-abusive purposes.
  • Do not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to bypass the service or its security.
  • Do not reverse engineer, modify, or misuse the service except where applicable law explicitly allows it.
  • Do not use the service in a way that violates applicable law or other platform requirements that may apply to the website or online service.

Subscriptions and Payments

Active memberships for the iOS app are purchased through Apple App Store billing. Apple handles the purchase relationship, including the applicable Apple purchase terms and Apple's End User License Agreement. If a subscription is inactive, expired, revoked, or otherwise unavailable, access to paid app features may be limited.

Availability and Disclaimers

IDNL depends on Apple platform capabilities, App Store policies, and related system services. We do not guarantee that the app or website will always be available, uninterrupted, or free from errors. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IDNL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from service interruptions, platform changes, or data loss tied to local device storage. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access to the website, online services, or specific features if necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address a security issue, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date above. Continued use of the website or online services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
